A lot of us take care of our face, but neglect our hands. I thought I was doing a good job. I put SPF 45 on the back of my hands every day. I carry a little pot of Jurlique Rose Hand cream in my purse to put on my hands after I wash them.
But I have a habit that was undoing all my hard work – washing dishes without wearing gloves. I usually do just a few dishes at a time, and it was too much work to put them on for just a mug or a lunch plate. But I’m wearing them every single time, from now on.
The problem is that dishwashing liquid is alkaline, which is hard on the skin. The skin has a pH of between 4 and 6.5, which is slightly acidic. Dish washing liquid is extremely alkaline to dissolve grease and dirt. Unfortunately, that also strips your skin of its natural acid mantle, which is there to protect your skin. Harsh alkaline soaps age the skin.
It’s not just dishwashing soaps. A lot of big brand soaps (Camay, Dial, Irish Spring, Ivory, Palmolive and Zest) are also very alkaline, with pHs that range between 9 and 10. Dove is the mildest, with a pH of 7.
It’s important to understand that a pH 8 soap is ten times more alkaline than a pH 7 soap. A pH 9 soap is ten times harsher than a pH 8 soap. So a pH ten soap is A THOUSAND TIMES MORE ALKALINE than pH 7.
To take care of your hands:
Wear a high SPF sunscreen on the backs of your hands every day, even in winter and on cloudy days
Wear gloves every time you wash dishes or handwash clothingUse a mild pH soap like Dove when washing your handsPut lotion on your hands after you wash them, every time!Always wear gloves when you garden or do heavy houseworkWear gloves to protect your hands from cold weather.Get manicures from reputable spas or nail salons that practice good sanitation.

What is ‘inn’ these days and what is ‘out’? Well this is the question which revolves around the minds of so many Fashion & styles conscious people.
When this question comes to dressing myth, then it needs more of your concentration. As your dressing is one of the ways through which you can make your style and Personality. According to some cheery people, we should wear what really makes our personality cool and shiny. No matter that’s ‘inn’ or not. Some people said that we should wear what really suites us according to our age and circumstances. What to wear also depends upon the place you are intended for. There are some other belongings you have to keep in your mind while dressing, like seasonal outfits, nature & time of the occasion, day or night, etc. by considering all these factors you can easily come to a decision that ‘what to wear’?
Some other circumstances also affects on our dressing mood. Like Culture, sometimes you love to wear exactly according to your tradition but sometimes you like to wear some western and other outfits. As variety is a spice of life and it breaks the monotony. So, for a healthy change people do some experiments in their dressing as well. Now-a-days people don’t feel hesitate to do experiments in fashion movements. As awareness about fashion is spreading day-by-day in almost every walk of life.
Fashion is for all, it’s not limited for females in today’s era. Gone are the days when only women took fashion & style world, as their own property. Now Men are also showing their interest enthusiastically in every way. In this regard, so many Men’s parlor, salons, and boutiques are making their business these days and their effort is getting status step by step. For doing all these tasks men are also taking interest in establishing their future in fashion industry, becoming Dress designers, (as the trend for pursuing men’s wear of fastidious fashion designers is also emerging), manufacturers of men’s wear and simply Fashion models.

As almost every man goes to office daily, so, what should be their dressing in their offices; it must be formal type of dressing. Other than this, what should be favorable in casual wear and what should be preferable in other occasions like parties, different events, and in weddings etc. Besides this the variety of dresses like Shalwar Kameez, Kurta, customized suites, dress shirts, coats, turbans, and groom dresses etc. We can also come across men’s wear is sports as well.
In formal wear, men can have suits in particular, dress shirts & dress pants, formal jackets or ceremonial sweaters, etc. in casual wear they can have tee shirts, jeans, casual shalwar kameez, trousers with tee shirts, and a lot of variety is there. In weddings, now there is a variety of ranges, like, embroidered Shalwar Kameez, Sherwani, Suite Sherwani, Sherwani with pagri, Kurta etc.
Kurta which is a kind of kameez, (also known as tunic, or tunic top) is one of the adaptable sorts of men’s wear. The kurta can go with salwar (shalwar kurta), pajama, or even jeans. Some young boys like to wear jeans with kurta, especially college & university going boys. When we take a look on coats and jackets, both in formal and informal wear we find that Wall vet jackets & coats, and cottrai coats are in the rows of the markets.

For base & foundation, make use of SPF-30 or above foundation & base especially before going out to avoid agitated penetration. Also you need to be very selective while buying your base and foundation kit. It must be according to your skin tone, texture and complexion. If you got dry skin then go for oily based foundation and if you got oily skin then prefer water base foundation, etc. also choose the base which really suits your complexion.
Normally there are some basic steps for applying makeup base, like first of all cleansing, because a good cleanser removes all the dirt from your face and give it a smooth look. Then moisturizing, it really refreshes the face. Then after some time apply base and balance it, at the end finish the process with powder or blusher.
But don’t forget that choosing a Base, foundation, blusher, or powder actually involves the art of doing proper make up.
